How do I find my purchase code?

Do you need some help with finding you purchase code? Follow the steps below and you’ll be on your way to using the support forums very soon! =]

1. Log in to your ThemeForest account.

2. Go to the Downloads section.

3. Click the ‘Licence Certificate’ link next to the item you need support on.

4. Open up the text file that is downloaded and copy the Item Purchase code.

Enter this in the Verify Purchase form or when you sign up for a new account.
